Hello everyone! Today, I want to discuss one of my latest creations and that is how I learned to make chicken patties like I find in-store plus it is a lot cheaper! Making patties with alternative meats is lower in fat and cholesterol. It also changes up flavors if you are tired of hamburgers.
First, I took some ground chicken and combined it with mushrooms, bacon, cheese and green peppers to make a patty so juicy and flavorful. Get the recipe here! For those who like a little kick to their patties you could substitute jalapenos for the green peppers. Do you like Hawaiian pizza? Add pineapple and apples to ground chicken to make a Hawaiian chicken patty. The possibilities are endless!
